Bilbao, capital-city of Vizkaya region in the very north of Spain is a cosmopolitan city, it breaths modernism and freshness through every pore, the people like eating and drinking outside, in the streets (now that smoking is prohibited in public spaces...) is one of those places where I always like to return, where I dream I could live someday.
